Today, our team is led by President Linsley Swenson, a strategic force with a passion for innovation and client care. She is supported by a diverse, powerhouse team and the ongoing guidance of founders Nikki Plaid and Jason Werle, who continue to serve as owners and strategic advisors.

HONORING MARCUS C. WHITE
(1974-2024)

MCW Events carries the name of one of its beloved founders, the late Marcus C. White, who passed away in December 2024. Marcus was our “Minister of Make It Happen,” known for his ability to turn vision into reality, always with kindness, creativity, and style.

He believed in the tremendous power of people gathering together and in the joy of a well-planned moment (preferably with a maple bar in hand). His favorite mantra—Make It Beautiful—is stitched into our DNA. From Post-it Notes to perfect selfies, Marcus had a way of finding the sparkle in every project.

Though he is deeply missed, his spirit guides our work and fuels our commitment to meaningful, memorable experiences.
